About the workshop
Good insight into one's own competence is a prerequisite for being able to communicate well with the employer in the CV, application and interview.

This workshops focus is on learning how to put your own competence into words. You will get to know more about how to become aware of your personal qualities, skills, knowledge and results.
This will make you more attentive of your opportunities and convey your skills to a future employer.
Learning outcome
- Why should I become more aware of what I can do?
- How do I go about becoming more aware of my skills?
- How can my competence from the PhD be transferred to other jobs in the future?
This is a digital webinar over zoom that allows you to have time to reflect on your own expertise and discuss with others in small groups
