Academic interests

My primary research focus is late medieval and early modern religious art in Norway. My academic interests lie in the interdisciplinary field of theology, religious history, art history and cultural studies of the medieval and early modern Europe.


M.A. Art History, University of Oslo.

Master´s Thesis: ”A Glimpse of the sacred. An encounter between the late medieval beholder ad the winged altarpiece in Ringsaker Church”. Undergraduate studies in Law, Media Studies, Political Science and Practical Pedagogical Education.

I have worked eight years (2001-2009) at Ullern vgs. in Oslo.
