Workshop: Comparative Perspectives on the Formatting of Religion in Modern Society

The second workshop of the core research team behind GOBA will explore the concept of 'formatting' religion in modern society.

The workshop features keynote addresses by Associate Professor Elizabeth Shakman Hurd (Northwestern University, US) and Professor Lori Beaman (Ottawa University, Canada and director of the Religion and Diversity Project), both of who have worked extensively with the concept of 'religion' in politics, law and society.
